Privacy notice

BuildIndex Global Jobs does not require a candidate account, resume, or profile for job search. We do not collect applications and do not sell candidate data.

Minimal information we handle

Search and interaction analytics may record filters, job/source identifiers, destination, zero-result keywords, and Apply clicks when an owner-approved analytics mode is enabled. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data for analytics.

Job reports

A report stores the selected reason, optional details, optional reporter email, job identifier, and submission time. Email is optional and used only when follow-up is necessary. Do not include passports, identity documents, bank details, or other sensitive information.

External sites

Employer and ATS sites have their own privacy practices. Review them before applying.
